The Trinity is a Christian doctrine, stating that God is one Being Who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as a mutual indwelling of three persons (not to be confused by "person"[1]): the Father, the Son (incarnate as Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. Since the 4th century, in both Eastern Christianity and Western Christianity, this doctrine has been stated as " three persons[2] in one God," all three of whom, as distinct and co-eternal persons, are of one indivisible Divine essence, a simple being. The doctrine also teaches that the Son himself has two distinct natures, one fully divine and the other fully human, united in a hypostatic union. Support of the doctrine of the Trinity is known as Trinitarianism. Most denominations within Christianity are Trinitarian, and regard belief in the Trinity as a mark of Christianity.
What We Believe The Scriptures Inspired The Bible is the Inspired Word of God 'All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.' (2 Timothy 3:16)
The One True God God Revealed Himself as embodying the principles of relationship and association of Father, Son, Holy Ghost. 'Hear, O Isreal: The Lord our God is one Lord:' (Deuteronomy 6:4) Man, His Fall and Redemption Man's only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ the Son of God. 'But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. (Romans 5:15)
The Salvation of Man The washing of regeneration saves man. The renewing of the Holy Ghost, which is shed upon him richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, saves him. 'Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He has saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost’ (Titus 3:5.) The Promise Of the Father All believers are entitled to the baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire, for life and service. 'And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, But wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.' (Acts 1:4) The Baptism in the Holy Ghost Baptism of believers in the Holy Ghost will be with the physical evidence of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives them utterance. 'And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost And began to speak with other tongues As the spirit gave them utterance.' (Acts 2:4) Sanctification, the Goal for all Believers The will of God for all believers, and should be earnestly pursued by walking in obedience to God's Word. 'But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.' (1 Peter 1:15,16) The Church A Living Organism A living body, the body of Christ. A habitation of God through the Spirit. Every local church is an integral part of the church of the first born. 'In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.' (Ephesians 3:22) Ministry and Evangelism Divinely called and scriptural ordained for the evangelization of the world, as the command of the Lord, and the Chief concern of the Church. 'And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.' (Mark 16:16) The Lord's Supper Symbol of expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ, a memorial of His suffering and death. 'For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.' (1 Corinthians 11:26) Baptism in Water All who have clearly repented to declare to the world should observe ordinance of Baptism that they have died with Jesus and that they have also been raised with Him to walk in newness of life. 'Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,And of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:' (Matthew 28:19) Divine Healing Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers. 'But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.' (Isaiah 53:5) The Godhead Unity of the One Being of Father, Son and Holy Ghost. 'That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee. That they also may be one in us: That the world may believe that thou hast sent me' (John 17:21) The Blessed Hope Rapture of believers for those who are dead in Christ and those which are alive and remain. 'For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together; with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.' (1 Thessalonians 5:16,17)
The Imminent Coming and Millenial Reign of Jesus The premillennial and imminent coming of the Lord to gather His people unto himself. 'Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.' (Revelations 20:6) The Lake of Fire Whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life will be cast into everlasting punishment in the lake, which burneth with fire and brimstone, this is the second death. 'But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, And murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, Shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.' (Revelation 21:8) The New Heavens and New Earth We look for new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousnous. 'Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, Wherein dwelleth righteousness.' (2 Peter 3:13)
